2026 The 4th International Symposium on Children and Youth Health and Well-Being

Theme: Sustainable Developmentfor Young Generation in this Era:How far we go?

The Symposium will address different topics that focus on children and youth health and well-being. Papers are expected to fit into one of the themes and sub-themes as follow:

  1. Global challenges in children and youth health development: addresses the global challenges of children and youth physical and mental health crises (such as depression, anxiety, and school bullying), and explores the health development initiatives.
  2. Cross cultural perspectives on social policy and welfare for vulnerable children and youth groups: focuses on disadvantage children, children with disabilities, and migrant children and youth, barriers of social policy and supports strategies, the effectiveness and limitations of children and youth welfare policies in different cultural contexts, protection of the rights and interests of children and youth worldwide.
  3. The ethical boundaries of artificial intelligence, children and youth health services: explores the potential and ethical risks of AI technologies such as intelligent diagnosis and personalized education in children and youth health, addressing issues such as technology misuse, privacy protection, and algorithmic bias.
  4. Global health risks and crisis impacting children and youth: addresses climate change and health risks of children and youth, long-term impacts of extreme climate events on the physical and mental health of children and youth, and propose adaptive intervention measures.
  5. Violence against children and youth in family, community, political conflict and war: focuses on traumatized children and youth, the therapeutic modality in treatment and supportive strategies.
  6. Children and youth digital literacy and cyberbullying prevention: explores the complexity of children and youth online behavior in the digital age, cyberbullying prevention mechanisms, platform responsibility, and collaborative family-school-society education models, addressing the global trend of widespread cyberbullying.
  7. Global perspectives on policies and services of social organizations for children and youth: explores the current status, challenges, and future trends of social organizations dedicating to protect the welfare of children and youth worldwide.
  8. Family relationship, family involvement and parenting: focuses on relationships between elderly, parent and community members.
  9. Clinical intervention and nursing for children and youth: focuses on nursing interventions, nursing care, current nursing modality and innovations.
  10. Substance abuse and addiction: focuses on issue of substance abuse, tobacco and drug addiction, the policies and interventions to tackle down the related issues.
